MoWiNet Maximize the Distance

Shipping & Returns

All shipping discrepancies (i.e. missing item from the shipment) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving shipment. If Mosier WiNet LLC is not contacted in this time frame, shipment will be assumed received as stated.

If your order does not qualify for prepaid freight, freight and insurance costs are calculated and added to the invoice total.

All freight charges are subject to carrier’s billable weight.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.

Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restock fee, plus shipping cost.

UPS, FedEx and DHL charge Mosier WiNet LLC additional fees for each package that is requested to be intercepted, returned or rerouted. These fees will be passed on to the customer only if the customer has requested the interception, return or rerouting of the package(s).

Mosier WiNet LLC reserves the right to use an alternative method of shipment when your preferred method of shipment is not available or the actual shipping cost is greater than the website calculated rate. (delivery options include- UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex, and DHL)

Important: For your protection; When payment is made by credit card, your billing address must match the address your credit card company/bank has on file for your card. If the billing address does not match the address you supply when you make your purchase, your order will not ship until the billing address has been verified. Orders that are paid via PayPal will only be shipped to confirmed addresses.

Please Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes (UPS, FedEx nor DHL will deliver to PO Boxes).  We protect our customers' credit history by only shipping to an authorized ship-to location that is verified by your credit card company. If you wish to ship to an address different than your billing address you must call your credit card company and add that ship-to address. They will verify you and protect your credit. With credit fraud growing at the rate that it is you should block shipments to only your authorized addresses with each credit card company. Now the bad guys can no longer ship to their address. You may also use our Paypal method. Since Paypal has already verified your information we can ship to an alternate address. Once you establish a Paypal account you will no longer have to exchange credit card information with each transaction.

Shipping Of Backorders

Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower. Backorder shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.

Mosier WiNet, LLC will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond our control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, error, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency. Any shipping dates provided by Mosier WiNet, LLC are estimates only. Please Note: All shipping delivery dates are based on business days. Weekends and holidays not included.

Damaged Merchandise:

If you receive damaged merchandise, follow the instructions below:

Please open and inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. If you can visually see the product has been damaged, accept the shipment and inspect it thoroughly. Always document any product damage on your bill, and have the driver initial the note to verify the problem. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be made directly to the carrier. Contact your Parcel Carrier immediately with the tracking number(s). Your Parcel Carrier will handle your claim from this point on. Important note: Do not refuse the shipment or ship the product back to us at this time! Doing so will void any damage claim with your Parcel Carrier and with Mosier WiNet.

All truck shipments are FOB Mosier WiNet’s warehouse. Mosier WiNet's obligation ends when the carrier picks up the product at our warehouse. The customer must make all damage claims to the delivery/trucking company. If you can visually see that the product has been damaged in transit, make a notation on the Bill of Lading before signing it, and have the driver initial the note. It is also helpful if you can take a photograph of the damage. It is important to make your claim to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product. Please contact Mosier WiNet via e-mail at Orders@MoWiNet.com if you need further assistance in filing your claim.

We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs after we have obtained good order receipt from the transportation companies.
